I think..I've fallen in love with Leader from Oreskaband
Her blogs get me all the time. Like i can always relate to what she says. Her words inspire me to a point where...I just wanna do things the way I want to. It's funny how...her blogs always reflect what I feel that week or day.

Tim and I have been working on a split demo. I don't even feel like promoting our bands anymore, cause I feel so exhausted and stressed..not to mention it costs money. And I even felt like I was not doing it for the passion anymore. That's why I needed some time off from writing and making music to get my passion back...and I did. It took my friend Drew to bring me back to my passion for making music. I didn't know what came over me.
But I still want to pass out some demos cause I want people to listen to my/our music. I want them to know how fun we have doing it and show them that it's our outlet for letting things out. We want people to hear our split demo and say "These guys are having fun! These guys know how to rock!" or "Wow, this is a different sound. It's good." I don't think music should be taken seriously to the point where it becomes a job. It's about having fun and doing it for the love and passion of it all...not to become famous or get money. If it does...you become a sellout.

And i think passing out these demos feels right. Despite the fact that we won't be able to do shows, I wouldn't mind getting some exposure to show people how fun making music can be and they too can make music. We can say stuff in our music that we can't say straight out.
I don't think I can take a record deal if Tim's not here. It'll always be friends and music first before that.
Music is love. Music is life. Music is passion. It is my passion. And I just wish I could show people that music is more than just about melodies and lyrics. It's everything we make it to be.
